Called with a broken spring on my garage door. Gave him the part number off the spring and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Called at 1030 and they came out at 1:15. Replaced both springs in less than an hour. Door works great. Professional and courteous. Will use again.
12/11/24 I found that the spring on our garage door had broken. I called at the start of business on 12/12 and spoke to Christopher. He wasn’t sure if their crew could make it the same day as they were working a job in New Castle but he would see what they could do. Jeremy, Shawn and Doug arrived at 2pm and put a block on the broken spring to get the door working temporarily. After 15 minutes they had to leave to get parts from storage to finish but were back at 3:45p and were finished replacing both springs, side seal, and lower seal by 4:12pm. I would highly recommend Diamond State Overhead Doors to anyone.
