Jay and his team, solved a problem we had at the American Legion Ambulance Station 64. He showed us the issue and went above and beyond, repairing the defect that was not in the scope of work at a lower cost! In today's world, that is unheard of. We highly recommend them for all for your related needs.
We were having trouble finding someone to replace our “oddly” shaped window and these guys came thru! Very professional and friendly staff and they even left the work area spotless! Diamond State Glass now has a customer for life! Thanks Again!
If you have a glass repair, do not take it to this shop. I had a China cabinet door that needed the glass replaced. It was a disaster and after charging $85.00 for a 2 foot by 3 foot piece of plain glass, they took issue with having to take the glass out again. They don’t listen to the customer and do what they want then get mad when the customer won’t accept it. Bottom line, I should have gone to a glass shop to just have the glass cut because I’m having to put it in the door myself. Will never use this shop again and advise you to do the same.
These guys did a great job. Their communication was clear from the start and our shower door was installed perfectly. They remedied an issue with the their door supplier right away with no hesitation because of their long-standing relationship with them. We definitely recommend Diamond State Glass for your shower doors!
