I went in here to just see about selling some of my jewelry. The older ladies in the back were so rude and I immediately felt so uncomfortable. I let them look at the items I brought and quite literally turned their noses up at everything.
I had come in from the pawn shop down the street and the girls there were so sweet and recommended I go here to see if I could get more. I was at this place less than 10 minutes and the ladies said this was stuff I should sell on Facebook because they would give me at the most $20. This was for 6 diamond rings, a pair of earrings and a necklace.

I will never understand how people in retail or anything where you are providing a service to others can get away with acting so cold to people just coming in to ask a question and see if they can help.
They had beautiful items, so if you know what you want and don’t care about getting positive treatment at the hands of elderly women, this is the right place. Otherwise, the pawn shop .8 miles away has amazing service and just as beautiful items.

After my mother passed away, I was left with it overly excessive amount of really nice jewelry. An associate told me about Mr. Durrell. I made the 2 Hour drive and it was very well worth it. Mr. Durrell was absolutely amazing, down to earth, he was compassionate to my situation. He took the time that he needed to thoroughly go over everything, and there was a lot, so it took pretty much all day. He was nothing but courteous and gracious, and I know without a doubt, he gave me the best possible price that anybody could have or would have. By the time I left there, I felt like I had extended family.❤️🔥

I received my first piece of jewelry here at age 13 from my father. It's a diamond cut puffed heart pendant. That was nearly 42 years ago. This is the only jewelry store I'll trust to purchase from, have work done, and leave precious pieces to be repaired. Rosa listens and knows my style now and she sure can pick out some beautiful pieces. Good service and fair prices on the finest jewelry around. These are 2 of my most recent purchases. The pictures don't do the rings justice. They truly have the most unique and beautiful styles I've ever seen.
