Diamond Door originally installed both our double and single garage doors and did a fantastic job. When two side cables rusted out, 9 years later, due to typical northeast Ohio weather, Joe was quick to get us on the schedule and Chris did a fantastic job replacing all four to avoid any future issues. My father needed his garage door repaired and we contacted Diamond Door Inc late Saturday afternoon and this company called us back first thing Monday morning! The repairman Dan arrived within the designated time frame given and did a terrific job!!! Great customer service all the way around!! Highly recommend! Carla Davies
My brother's garage door stopped working late/afternoon-early/evening yesterday. I called, and left a message. Joe returned my call in a short time. Dan & Chris showed up this morning, and repaired the door. They were professional, personable, and kind. I found Diamond Doors by searching for a company in Warren, AND they are BBB accredited. Now I have personal experience! (Fortunately, I know who to call when unfortunately my garage door goes soon--it's hanging in there for now.) Thank you!
