Great guys! Matt Really helped me in a pinch. Worked on my S22 ultra and my daughter's iPhone. Truly appreciated his hardwork and dedication to what he does. Got us in and out in no time and didnt take all my money. Truly appreciate him.
Device Pros were amazing! I called multiple places to replace a charger port on a tablet. they all estimated that I would have to leave the device with them for 3-7 days and charged a very high price, even as high as $179. Which was ridiculous as I could buy a new tablet close to the price of replacing a charger port. I was about to give up and just buy a new tablet, until I decided to call one more place. I'm so glad I did. Device pros charged almost half that price and they fixed it the SAME day! They are not only kind and professional, but they charge a fair price and are very quick. I would highly recommend them for fixing your devices.
Device Pros in Olathe, Ks did an awesome job of repairing my Surface Pro 4 laptop computer. I had checked with some other shops and none of them said they could repair it and that I would just have to replace it. I called Device Pros and spoke to Derrick. He told me what he thought the problem was and that it was most likely fixable. I took it to them and they gave me a quote to fix it, which was very reasonable. It required disassembly and soldering in new part. They were able to repair it and I got it back the next day! They were very professional, fast, and affordable. Outstanding customer service!
