Device Doctor at Trumbull Mall delivers outstanding service from start to finish. Their team is professional, kind, and truly committed to helping customers. I brought in a device for a screen replacement, and not only was the pricing incredibly affordable, but the turnaround time was impressively quick. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I would highly recommend Device Doctor to anyone needing reliable repairs and excellent customer care.

This afternoon my husband was able to have his Samsung note 20 fixed(whole screen cracked and bent) inside of 3 hours and same day service. The gentleman was very helpful and went the extra mile to take every step to ensure the phone was working again 100% before we left. He called as soon as it was ready and was extremely courteous and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to all.

They charged me $35 for a plain iPhone cover whereas other competitors sell it in between $ 20-25.
