I brought a Nintendo Switch Lite with a busted shell and screen protector. I asked him to install a custom aftermarket shell and custom buttons on it also and provided my own parts. it took about a month but during that time They made sure to keep in contact with me and tell me what was going on with the repair. After the wait I must say it was definitely worth it. It looks amazing. They are very professional and friendly. I genuinely am thankful for their hard work to repair my console.

I would recommend this place. The guy works out of his garage as a side gig but does nice work and very quickly. I had the back of my phone replaced and he didn't it in 15 min. Friendly. Easy in/out. Price was reasonable

Amazing service and great price. I essentially crashed my laptop to the point where it was unusable trying to download a live animated wallpaper, was able to fix it immediately and even helped me set up the wallpaper I wanted before leaving!

BUYER BEWARE!! I was searching for a new phone for Christmas. My phone company was out of stock. I clicked on a phone to take me to Device Depot’s website. It said it was unlocked and ready for shipping, so I went ahead and purchased along with paying additional fees for fast shipping. It came. It was not new, and was wrapped in protectant wrap and a plastic case. I contacted the company as I believed to be purchasing a NEW phone. Nowhere in the description — nor my receipt — did it state pre-owned. The manager left me a 2-minute long voicemail without stating his name scolding me for “not doing my due diligence” and stating they’re charging...BUYER BEWARE!! Nowhere in the description — nor my receipt — did it state pre-owned. The manager left me a 2-minute long voicemail without stating his name scolding me for “not doing my due diligence” and stating they’re charging me 12% restocking fees. Bad business. Nowhere on my purchase did it state I was buying a pre-owned phone and it was priced as new!!!! I sent I back and now am out an extra $104 “restocking fee” and $25 shipping fee. I believe this is how they tend to make much of their profits because “they’re a small business” but they also don’t clearly state you’re purchasing a USED device. I was able to purchase TWO VERSIONS NEWER for $200 LESS on another site BRAND NEW a day later. Overall the customer service is seriously lacking. And their website could really use an update to EASILY show if you’re purchasing a new or renowned device.
