They are an actual modern auto shop with their use of digital tools. I dropped the car off and they evaluate and send a link that shows all possible repairs to your phone with pictures and pricing. I was able to send the link to family that know repair prices better than me and was validated on pricing being reasonable, especially given inflation over the last 5 years. And then I could also pay through phone. It made the entire process super simple and easy. I also ignored my car maintenance for 4 years and they only said a single $150 repair was a must-repair and that all other suggestions didn't have to be done. So I think they are a very... These guys were awesome, they diagnosed the problem and I was able to see the diagnosis and pictures of all issues via my phone, then I was able to pick which services I wanted to do right away by just checking a box (I chose all because I suck at maintenance!). Then I was able to pay through my phone. I did all of this while at my desk at work. I didn’t have to leave work to go to the shop to have them explain everything. It was so user friendly! Also, I felt there was no pressure to do any of the work because I wasn’t in front of a salesman, I could sit back and make a decision. This process alone will have me using these guys every time. B...
