Outstanding communication and work. From the office personnel, to Nick and Matt, the whole process was seamless. Professional, helpful, on-time, and most important: knowledgeable. They do one thing (hot water heaters) VERY well. Even after the install, if you have a question they are HAPPY to answer you, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Water I had Matt come and installed my new 50 gallon water heater and I’m giving him a total five star review he cleaned up before he cleaned up after his professionalism is off the charts. I live in Las Vegas Nevada in Southern Highlands. My water heater went out at 8 o’clock this morning. It is now noon and I have a brand new water heater with hot water. I recommend Desert water heaters and mat thoroughly.
