I brought my PS5 in to repair the HDMI port and I couldn’t be happier. The service was fast, the price was very reasonable, and the repair was done perfectly. Everything works like new. Super professional and honest shop — I definitely recommend them.

Gamestop referred us to this Video and gaming repair and we're so happy they did! My grandson had a USB 2tb for his PS5 that wasn't showing all his downloaded games. He tried all troubleshooting tips and nothing worked. We went back to Gamestop to see what they would recommend but of course they do not repair anything. So they referred us here, and they were able to diagnose and fix his USB and didn't charge us for the diagnostic test. We highly recommend this small video repair shop and the owner, Adolfo, and his staff, offer excellent customer service. We will be using for all future needs!!!

After not using my Switch in a long time when I tried charging it, it simply would not charge. After letting it sit on the charger for 2 weeks trying the button combinations to turn it on. I knew I had to get it fixed. Found this place near me and they fixed it 100%! Was very happy to start gaming again. Customer service was also excellent. Helped fix my OLED switch for an affordable price, definitely cheaper than sending in to Nintendo! And they were very communicative through the process which I expect Nintendo also wouldn’t do.
