Michael and Billy did very professional job fixing complex fire alarm system. They were very knowledgeable, responsive, and highly professional and were able to fix system on time. Their attention to customer needs is amazing. Billy and Michael went above and beyond to provide the best customer experience for me. I feel that my fire alarm system is in good hands. We were in a real jam a few days ago. Our fire alarm would not stop beeping. We contacted Michael at Dependable alarms and he arranges for an immediate visit to assess the situation. His folks reported that a controller board was blown. Given that this is a commercial property with a good number of tenants depending on this alarm, Michael took the situation very seriously. He arranged for the entire failed controller to be replaced the very next day. Took care of everything AND did for a very reasonable price.
