They diagnosed the problems with my 35 year old sub zero quickly, ordered needed parts and rebuilt the sub zero in a couple of hours saving us thousands of dollars. Our sub zero is now good for at least another 15 years.

Very impressed with text notifications on arrival times. Service was excellent and service call fee was reasonable. Although, I wasn't present when technician arrived with part installation, my son said he was very courteous and his advice was very helpful. (Such as not to overstuff freezer) I would definstely and highly recommend your company.
