JT did a phenomenal job fixing my garage! He was incredibly punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the doors were running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. My garage was barely operating when he came and now it’s operating SO smoothly! I highly recommend JT to anyone needing garage repairs. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Quick response. I was assigned JT, he came out same day and had my garage door up and running. He went above and beyond resealed the lifting weatherstrips and greased the mechanisms to make the door so quiet. He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. They are a local veteran own business and deserve our business.

The customer service I received from Dependable was fantastic. The scheduling was easy, Joseph called before he arrived, and he did an amazing job. After another company recommended that I replace my garage door completely, Joseph explained through illustration and detail why that wasn’t necessary. He replaced by broken torsion spring, new rod, new cables and bearings all for a reasonable price. Saved me at least $1000. Thanks for the great service and warranty Joseph and team!
