Extremely happy with these guys! Called for an estimate and quickly scheduled a date for one. Ivan came over and gave me honest and professional advice, options and time frame of work and floor cure time. Gave me a verbal quote and an email with all the info and details as discussed. He did not try to up-sale and was not pushy. We scheduled the service. Ivan and his assistant showed up on time and got straight to work each time. I was able to come by and check on the progress. They were very professional and respectful. He took time to show me what's been done and gave me additional information about what to expect. Ivan and his team did a fantastic job! I had a lot of questions and changed my mind on things and Ivan was patient and responsive throughout the process. He was diligent and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. He replaced our carpeted curved stair case with beautiful wood floors and refinished our existing wood floors, all while we were out of town. He is trustworthy and does exceptional work!
