Denver Stucco & Stone

We have a 70 year old house that has asbestos siding. We contacted several companies and most didn't even call back. Denver Stucco and Stone were able to do a beautiful stucco job with stone trim over the asbestos siding without having to disturb it. The results are incredible and we have had numerous compliments. It is a huge job and you should be prepared for the construction process including scaffolding. It also takes a long time since there are several stages to the process. There was a separate expert crew for each stage. The results are worth it! We never dreamed the house could look so good.

I think maybe these guys don't need or want business. Had a guy come up last week to estimate, he initially tried to reschedule the appointment. Then shows up, doesn't bring the stone book, does measurements and talks through our project - whole home stucco with stone accents and potentially windows (so a pretty big project). Promises the estimate that night or within a day. No estimate but texts 3 days later and says he will get it to us by the end of the weekend. Still no estimate. My mom and dad were so impressed with their employee Mr Sheppard, that they would not stop talking about him. Said he's best represents of any company they're dealt with in last 20 years. I hope to be contacting him for my home now as well. The workers did a great job at my parents as well.

I am very disappointed that approximately 3 months after the final walk-through, the stucco job on my house is still not finished. During the final walk-through, it was determined that 2 issues needed to be taken care of: Better clean up, and holes in the stucco in two areas that border the trim. After no follow-up was done in the next 4 weeks, I called the office for a reminder. The following day an employee did the clean up, but did not look at the holes, because he did not bring a ladder. What a horrible experience. DEFINITELY would not recommend to anyone I like. Very unprofessional -- basically a group of unskilled laborers trying to perform work that requires a high level of skill. They took 5 ½ months to do work that they SAID would take no more than 6 weeks. They had to redo most of the work they originally did. Then they took ANOTHER 3 months to address their punch list, which still has issues they never addressed, and they will no longer answer my calls.
