One dryer is Dangerously hot! It melted a fuzzy blanket, and that then ruined a bedspread. They have one cart, with 3 wheels!! Some dryers barely get hot. Several washers out of commission. $3.50 to wash, and one washer ate my money, but never started!
Machine didn't dispense water. No way to stop it so had to wait for the full cycle to end in order to get my clothes back, go to motel for a refund and then another laundry mat to wash my clothes because I do not trust that I won't be held hostage to another broken machine.
The change machine took my 5 dollars I called multiple times and they gave me the excuse that the owner wasn’t in town but the days they said he was here they could never give me his number or where I can call so I can get my money back I came by multiple times to both locations and still haven’t gotten my money back
Kinda falling down these days. Not very clean and lots of broken machines, and the bathroom is ALWAYS locked with a pad lock. No employees present but the owner does show up fairly fast if you need to call the help number in the office door. I had four loads of Laundry stolen from there last February, while i ran down the street to get Burger King.
