I'll recommend Demassa to anyone. I've found they are very fair on prices for repairs, and will stick with a job until it is done properly. They have done several repairs for us including a tricky refrigerator issue that took several visits and parts to get figured out. I think a lot of places would have looked at it as an opportunity to milk a job for more money, but not the case with Damassa. Fair people who do great work.

Our refrigerator broke with a newborn at home and they rushed to get a technician over to our house that same day. They also offered to loan us a refrigerator while our new one was delivered.

I have a nine-year-old large wall heating and air conditioningunit in my kitchen. It was not going off when you hit the off button. Demassa Appliance Got the correct parts from Fredrich air air-conditioning but when they put it in the first day, it would not work. Demassa Appliance Contacted Fredrich air-conditioning that day, printed out the schematics and original manual needed, and came back the next day.
Demassa Appliance Completed the project and charged me no more than original estimate.

Requested a tech to come out and take a look at a range we have. They came quick and the consultation was fast, if a bit curt. They told us they would order the parts (they did not have them in stock) and call us back to schedule the actual repair. Two weeks go by, so I call to check in. No answer. Left a voicemail, no return call. Fine, maybe it’s a busy week. Two more weeks go by without hearing back so I call again. No answer again. I wait another two weeks, it’s now a month and a half, so I decide to visit the store. The individuals at the desk were nice enough. They said sorry they must have lost the ticket and they told us they’d come b...Requested a tech to come out and take a look at a range we have. Second tech comes out only this one is actually rude. Fine, we just need our stove repaired so we don’t say anything. Same as before he tells us they will order the parts and call back to schedule the repair. Three weeks go by so I call, no answer. I gave up. Went with another business. Would not recommend.
