Delman Watch Service

He seemed to do a good job servicing my watches and the price wasn't exhorbitant, though part of the cost was to replace a crystal because he said it was chipped. I have the old one and there is no chip. He then said he only takes cash or a credit card. With that he charged me an extra $5 on $20 for a battery and then an extra $46 on $665 for the servicings. I wasn't warned about the extra charges. In fact, I was told again the price was $665 when I got the call that my watches were ready. This place is absolutely fantastic! I brought my partners father’s Rolex in to get it polished and also replace the crystal. This watch has been through the wringer and was very scratched up. I wish I took a before picture but I didn’t. Fred was very kind and knowledgeable and also very sweet! I enjoyed my time there and the chocolate was a bonus :) 100% would recommend! Excellent quality service. Fred replaced the screw for my Omega Seamaster band and refinished the case and band which was badly scratched but looks brand new now. Excellent precision work

I received a quote from another local Rolex repair service. I approved the overhaul but didn't approve replacing the band which has sentimental value to me. They told me they wouldn't do the overhaul without replacing the band. So happy I declined the work. Fred was a delight to speak with. The watch was done in less time than he said and it looks and works great. Thanks for saving me $1500. Mr. Delman is a very warm and friendly gentleman which makes the experience even greater. I went to replace batteries, clean and do minor repairs on my watches. He is very knowledgeable about watches, offering fast and professional service. He had my watches fully functioning after repeatedly changing batteries elsewhere only for the watches to stop working days later. If he thinks repairs will cost more than the estimated cost of the watch, he will tell you so you don't waste your money on repairs. Best of all, he gives me chocolate every time I visit!
