Mark and Cathy are the best. They came to my rescue yesterday after my hard drive was about to crash. Mark did an analysis of the problem, explained the issues to me. By the end of the day solved the problem by replacing the hard drive, and cleaning up malware. Picked the laptop up yesterday afternoon. All Systems GO and better than new. Honest, Reliable and Reasonable are three words to describe this business.

My partner and I just went to Delaware PC Services, LLC and we had a wonderful experience. Our puppy had chewed through a desk wire recently and broke the raising/lowering functionality. We didn’t want to have to replace the $1200 desk, so we took the cable here. Within 20 minutes, they were able to fix it good as new. Not only this, they shared lots of puppy tips with us and introduced us to their 3 dogs behind the counter. Thank you so much for your help!
