Had Deck Creations build a three-season room with attached deck. We went with the EZ-Breeze windows and Timbertech Prime+ decking boards. As you can see by the pictures, we put in the white PVC railing with black aluminum balusters. We are very pleased with the work they did. Work started in December and was done by March 3rd due to a slight delay in delivery of the EZ-Breeze windows at no fault to Deck Creations. I would recommend Deck Creations to anyone who is looking to do a deck or 3 season room/porch.

We had a wonderful experience with Deck Creations. We had them build a screened porch off our back deck. Brand new construction. Working with them was easy, they took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted from start to finish.
In terms of cost, we had several bids. While they were not our lowest, they ran right in the middle price range wise. And in this case you definitely get what you pay for. The quality of work, materials they used, and the customer service made the experience less stressful and more enjoyable.
I would recommend them to our family and friends in a heartbeat. I can't say enough good things.

We had a challenging experience working with Deck Creations. Quality control was a major issue throughout the entire construction process. We continuously communicated our concerns to Deck Creations management and requested to speak with the owner of the company. The owner never spoke to us and the issues were not properly addressed. Unfortunately, our deck is a year old and it’s coming apart. We have both safety and cosmetic issues with the deck and patio. The staircase seams are pulling apart, deck boards are popping up, handrails and railings are coming loose, and a section of the patio is sinking. We are currently engaging with Deck Creations to address these issues. Unfortunately, we are having the same challenges with the company’s lack of urgency. I’m hoping they will fix all of the structural issues with our deck sometime soon.

Our new deck is amazing with a beautifully constructed custom roof structure. We did timber tech for low maintenance and got the lights on the steps which I love. It happened quickly, too. I had people to reach out to and ask questions, a rep, Jaimie and Cliff, who were wonderful in letting me know where we were in the project.
They sent drafts, did the permits, set expectations, took care of the punch list items-- it was a full service job. The construction really is a work of art. I know we could have gotten a roof structure cheaper at lowe's to put on the deck and the company actually told me that so I would know all the options. My husband is an engineer and he was really impressed with the workmanship. They were not the cheapest or most expensive but I can say you will not be sorry you hired them to do your deck.
