This place is TERRIBLE. I took my phone in just to change providers and they BROKE IT. Now it won't get past the first screen when it turns on and the guy who broke it just says that it couldn't have been him. Unbelievable!
Don't go here if you're looking for a business that knows what they are doing or even takes responsibility for what they do.

Do not trust this place with your business. I brought them my iPhone to repair a crack, and when I picked it up all my photos were open and had obviously been perused. On top of that, the repair they made was uneven and I ended up having to go to another shop to fix the shotty work. I’d sooner buy a new phone before I ever trust this joint. Note: You can’t just write off unhappy customers feedback as “competition”. The only competition you have is that of your poor customer service and neglect to improve on the broken service you provide (pun intended).

Baught this phone from SamS Wireless with full paid. But they sold locked phone. Contacted several times to open. Every time they said they unlocked the phone. But Still this is locked.. Still I didn’t get the solution...
