My custom built PC randomly stopped working one day and DC Tectronix was a life saver! Dustin was able to troubleshoot my PC and diagnose that my motherboard was the culprit. He kept me updated as to the status of the repairs and got my PC back to me within a few days.
I cannot recommend DC Tectronix enough to anyone in need of computer repairs. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He was able to keep the cost low and returned my PC in even better condition before. He even helped get my PC back to my house and transported it back to my apartment!

I tore the pads on my fan connector for my Playstation 5. I found Dustin & chose him because he was pretty close to me, was able to communicate through texts & the other reviews. It took about 2 days to fix. However, after about 21 days of use it did stop working. I reached out to Dustin & he was able to fix it free of charge since it was still within 30 days of my original transaction. I believe it was another 2 days but it was fixed & ready to rock. Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you have any electronics issues. He was honest & upfront with what needed to be done. Dustin provided me with a wonderful experience. Dustin saved me a ton of money by helping me fix my laptop hinge / screen without having to replace the whole thing. He sees things from the customer's perspective and does what is right for YOU. He also helped me very fast and the entire procedure was professional. He was upfront about the whole procedure and I really felt like he saw it from my perspective and had my best interests at heart. Easy to get to and parking was a breeze. No line. Highly recommend for any type of electronics repair job!
