Dylan is great!! He started by repairing a damaged wall in my laundry room and he’s become my go to contractor. Since then, he has refinished my bathroom and renovated my back porch. He has always been there on call when needed and goes the extra mile with finishing touches. Highly recommend!
Dylan did a great job remodeling our living room and installing a fireplace. He was extremely prompt, neat, professional, and was very easy to work with. His flexibility and creativity was impressive. We would highly recommend him and we are looking forward to working with him on future projects.
I had an awful experience with Dylan as our contractor, and would strongly recommend you work with someone else. We hired him to remodel our bathroom, and the job was completely over his head. We ended up having to let him go and contract with another company to redo some of his work and finish the job. It cost thousands of extra dollars, months of time, and so much stress! Our biggest complaint was the quality of his work. His tiling was sloppy and uneven. When the following contractor demo-ed his tile in order to redo it, he pointed out numerous issues with Dylan's work. Overall the work seemed shoddy and we did not trust it to func... The other main issue is Dylan's timing and general project management skills. He estimated our project as 4-5 weeks, but he was still not finished after 12 weeks when we stopped working with him. He wasn't able to line up materials or the plumber/electrician subcontractors when needed causing some of the delay. But mostly, his day-to-day work was so slow. Dylan seems like a nice person, but he should not be in charge of your project. Save yourself the money, time, and stress and go with somebody else.
