Absolutely terrible customer service. Calling this company is like shouting into the void — they never pick up the phone. On the rare occasion someone does answer, you're met with a huffy, impatient tone like you're inconveniencing them by trying to give them your business. One agent even hung up on me mid-sentence. Completely unprofessional. If this is how they handle basic communication, I can only imagine how unreliable the actual service would be.
