DC Appliance Repair

Whirlpool washer was part of a recall. Devin came with the part and it was fixed very fast. He explained what the problem was. Very polite and efficient. A+ recommendation

my warranty company picked DC Appliance repair to fix my fridge. My technician Wayne was just what my fridge needed. He tracked down the problem over several visits and fixed the real problem. I was not looking forward to having to buy a new machine. It now works as good as new! Many thanks. I would recommend their service for any repairs.

I had scheduled a dishwasher repair and then the ususal Buffalo winter storm hit. I had to reschedule which was done promptly and without a hitch. Mike called and said he was on his way and arrived 10 minutes later. He was not only prompt he was personable and helpful. He thought I needed a new motor and had one on the truck so he brought it in after discussing costs with me. When he pulled the old motor out he discovered that a large piece of lint had clogged the motor and kept it from turning. He removed it, checked the motor and all was good.
