Zach was absolutely amazing! We were driving from Chicago to Arizona and something bad was going on with our car. The shop was already busy but Zach saw the urgency in us needing to get back on the road as soon as possible. He did everything he could to diagnose the problem AND fix it in a very timely manner! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it! Thank you again Zach!
This shop and the individuals who work here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and considerate. I would come here for my auto needs before any other place in town. We are in Springfield from 800 miles away. Our vehicle had a weird clunk and we needed to know if it was safe to travel over the road. We did not have an appointment. We had called a few other places desperately to see if someone could at least look at it today. Zach from Daytona's took our call and offered to take a look same day. He said they would no have time to fix any issue today, and that was fine. He was willing to have his employees take a look and see if they c... The waiting room is cool with lots of fun memorabilia. This place is awesome!

5 stars I can't say enough good things about Daytona's! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car and gave me honest recommendations without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done quickly and at a fair price, and my car runs better than ever. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Daytona's definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service!
A friend recommended this shop to me a long time ago in college. I went and it was great, but I stopped going because it was too far from my home and it was always backed up with customers (meaning they were so busy because they do such a good job). I recently went again because I had lots of work that needed done on my vehicle. I've been to other shops in town and had bad experiences. I always get talked down to and people try to cheat me because I'm a small female. At a previous shop, I had a man kneel down and talk to me in a baby voice while he was giving me the diagnosis on my car. Coming from those experiences and then visiting Daytona'... I usually interact with Zack and he's so helpful. He lays everything out as a fact, he's super patient, and he doesn't pressure you. When I would ask questions no one there ever made me feel dumb. This shop is so refreshing and totally a godsend.
