I arrived at my dad’s about 4pm on a Friday afternoon to find a couple of inches of water on the basement floor. In desperate need of help, I called the first restoration company I could find in Great Falls. I knew my problem was not related to plumbing so I was really just focused on getting the water removed along with the saturated carpet and pad. I was also concerned about mold. Dayspring Restoration was on the job almost immediately. Before the evening was over they had the water, saturated carpet and pad removed, dehumidifiers running and numerous fans running throughout the laundry room, living room and bathroom in the basement. Dayspring Restoration checks all the boxes. Communication is fantastic. Super accommodating……..and the quality of work is exceptional. I’m so happy to have used this company for an extensive amount of work which I had to manage from another state. They truly go above and beyond. I simply can’t say enough about Glen, Josh, Bob, and Geoff. Thank you! Funny….. I will miss you all!

Called day of finding a mold mess growing in my wall and on trim boards along carpet and underneath carpet. Was told i would get a call back or an email as to when they could get someone out to take a look and give me a quote on cleaning and fixing …. Been two weeks still no call no email. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I found some one else who was at my home 20 min after calling them.

They did clean up the bio, but took 3 1/2 weeks and charged $23,000. They cleaned a lot of unnecessary stuff, and tore up more flooring than necessary. The chemicals or something also warped my hardwood floor. All in the name of it's covered by insurance. The trauma of dealing with Dayspring and waiting for my house to get fixed, having to wait until after Thanksgiving at the soonest to get the flooring replaced, and wondering what all got thrown away has been harder than loosing my husband.
