We had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry store, truly a five star visit from start to finish. We stopped in to get our fingers sized and browse their ring collection, and we ended up exploring all the beautiful pieces they carry. We were helped by Callie, who was absolutely incredible. She was warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about everything in the store. You could instantly tell how much she loves what she does, her enthusiasm was contagious, and she made the whole experience feel fun, relaxed, and exciting. My dad and I went in to order a grandmothers ring for my mom. Kevin greeted us right away and walked us through the whole process, made great suggestions and helped us design the perfect ring. He was patient and kind and very helpful. I can’t wait for Christmas morning to see her open it! Highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Kevin! He’s the best!!!

I want to recognize Callie in sales and Dustin in repairs for a wonderful experience!! I have a watch that I had already brought to four different jewelers who said it couldn't be repaired. I went into Days to shop for a new watch and Callie assisted me. After a nice discussion she encouraged me to still bring in my old watch to have Dustin look at it. I told her it seemed like a lost cause, and I still purchased a new watch. She still insisted I bring it in, and to my shock and surprise, Dustin was able to fix my watch right in front of my eyes. I brought my one carat Marquis engagement, ring, and two, one carat, wedding bands in to be repaired and bonded together ,as one had broken off. The minute I walked in I was greeted by two of the salespeople in a very friendly and kind manner. They asked if they could help me and I explained what I needed and they sent me to the back of the store, where I met a lovely young lady , who was extremely helpful and kind.
