The company has upfront pricing (which I appreciate) and they are easy to communicate with. Scheduling was simple and they showed up as they were scheduled. The plumbers that have worked on my projects (Shawn and Dallas this time) are all very nice and knowledgeable. I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
Used this company many, many times and always very respectful from office staff to technicians. Fair pricing.
Quick, great service, great price, excellent quality
I've now had 2 experiences with Davis & Davis plumbing. The first was not a good one BUT I felt they responded to the issue very well. They even gave me a coupon good for an amount off a future service. (I don't recall the amount). The opportunity to provide a second chance came a couple of months later with a gas leak. The gas was shut off by the utility company but I needed a plumber to cap off where the leak was. It was after hours but I was told someone would be here. I was told that repeatedly for hours. I asked if they'd be able to come out at all or if I should call someone else. They continued to assure me he would be here that night... I've now had 2 experiences with Davis & Davis plumbing. They continued to assure me he would be here that night. Text messages were going back and forth well after 2am and they eventually said it would be later in the morning. When the plumber showed up, he got the work done and tested everything. We then just talked for a bit before he left where he spewed a lot of hateful, political rhetoric and conspiracy theories. I did not feed into this (nor did I personally say anything political before or after his comments) and yet he continued on with the views. For this reason, I will never use Davis & Davis again. And bonus... I was so exhausted by having stayed up all night waiting for them and checking in.. and flabbergasted by the things being said to me that I forgot to even give the coupon from the prior bad experience.
We developed a leak in our primary bathroom and found it leaking into the basement. Davis & Davis’ plumbers responded quickly and had us taken care of quickly. Very fair pricing and friendly technicians! Thank you!

First time using Davis & Davis Plumbing. Matt and Gaige were great! They called prior to the appointment letting me know they were on the way. After arriving they assessed the problem, explained the parts needed and quickly began working. They made a good team, worked in tandem and communication was perfect. I am pleased with their knowledge, and the quality of the completed job. Pricing was comparable with other companies. I like the fact that this company is locally owned and been in business for many years. I will definitely use for future needs!
