We have used them a few times now and we will never use anyone else! Hands down the best customer service! They are kind, efficient, and have reasonable prices. We recently had some A/C issues in our truck and needed a quick turnaround for a road trip. They even stayed late to make sure it was up and running so we didn’t have to leave without any A/C.

Did not do what was planned , even with an appointment. Could be the communication between WHO made appt (Man I purchased Handicap Van from) with Owner David. Could never get a clear answer from Lady who answered phone. Put me off till ? sometime in the Future?? Just too busy, etc All they did was clear the Engine code on my Dodge Grand Mini Van! After I’d put the new gas cap on to try and clear. I went and bought Antifreeze and had another Garage Install. Still The Handicap Door Symbol on dash is lit on panel. I am Handicapped and was planning a trip out of town and wanted to get it checked out.

They repaired my a/c a few months ago, & I thought all was good, 2 weeks ago, I had my oil changed, prior to taking a trip to Arkansas. While there, I noticed I was leaking fluid. I took it to a local mechanic, who told me my oil drain plug was loose w/no gasket. They changed my oil again, w/a new plug & gasket. Further inspection revealed my serpentine belt was shredding due to being installed incorrectly during the a/c repairs. Furthermore, the water pump was running backwards. The total cost to me was around $300.00. Upon my return, I was offered a free oil change as compensation. No apology, no recognition that anything wrong happened. I would not go back, nor will the multiple people I recommended. Small claims court time.

Had an engine light come on and my son-in-law googled to find an automotive repair close to me. The front desk were awesome. Very little wait time. Then their technician came out to run the test. Cleared the codes and all went back to normal. So thankful for the awesome service.
Being far from home and finding good people like this is a blessing.

I have used David Smith Automotive for many many many years. I have not been to a dealer or other mechanic in over 10yrs. David is trustworthy, reasonably priced, explains what he will do, he doesn't do more than is needed and stands behind his work. I have a 1999 and a 2012 vehicle...so, yes, one of them is in the shop about every 6-9 months. For the "1" star reviews....I can't understand...one lady complained about the cars on his lot...she gave a 1-star for that? This is about SERVICE!...You will be pleased.
