Austin was a pleasure to work with, especially given the timing right after the recent storm turned ice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with our system and what to expect next. He was responsive, patient with our questions, and helped make a stressful situation feel far more manageable. We really appreciated his thoroughness and would absolutely recommend David Ashcom!

Our heat went out just before a major winter storm. We got a call back within minutes and Homero showed up to diagnose and repair the furnace. He was professional, articulate, respectful and thorough. He didn’t leave until the job was complete and our heat was back on and running! We are extremely impressed with the service that we received from David Ashcom heating and air and they now have new clients for life! Can’t recommend them enough and would give them 10 stars if it was possible! Thanks Homero and team!
We reached out to David and they were able to work us in within a couple of days with all the snow and ice conditions. We had reached out explaining that Our light bill had increased drastically and we were concerned that maybe it was our heat pump and wanted a technician to come out and check it out. Austin was very knowledgeable and reassured me that our unit was in good condition and working properly. I highly recommend that you contact David Ashcom for any issues you may be having with your HVAC. Thanks again Austin and Staff
