We had such a great experience with Jeff and his team at Darkhorse IT. We needed to upgrade our computer but were working with a pretty tight budget, and Jeff was incredibly respectful of that from the start. No pressure, no upselling — just honest guidance and solutions that made sense for us. The turnaround was quick, communication was clear, and truthfully… he probably should have charged us more for the value we received. This is exactly the kind of business owner you want to work with — honest, hardworking people who genuinely love what they do and care about the people they serve. Jeff was amazing! he helped me through some IT issues I had, and he was referred to me by a good friend of mine, and I'm located all the way in California, and he will now be my go-to guy! great service and I'm 100% pleased and I highly recommend his company and services!
