As a mechanic, I want to know what this company did to my girlfriend regarding a radiator problem is unforgivable. You tell her to keep a lookout on the problem she brought it in for? You charged her around two hundred and fifty dollars? She talked to someone today and got an estimate of nearly 800 dollars for a fix..

Called last minute for a buyers inspection and Loren came through for us! He got me in next day and kept the appointment time (not common for doctors or mechanics)! He called with details and was great to deal with. Amazing communication and follow-through.
