This is a very solid bike shop. I have been using them for repairs for about 5 years and I’m really happy. They consistently treat me well. Note 1: they are often too busy to be super duper friendly in every single interaction, but they’re always fair and do the job right. And if they can do a favor for a good repeat customer, they will - I know this firsthand! Note 2: Bike repair and maintenance are labor intensive - trust me, I’ve tried to do it myself - so prices at a bike shop are probably never going to be your favorite part of the experience. Here, you pay for competent work and good results.
