My mother had a flat tire and had it towed to there shop on a Sunday evening. She knew she would need a new tire. Monday morning we had great communication with the representatives, she had two new tires in and was back on the road by 10:00 Monday morning.
absolutely terrible service. took my truck in today to get a tpms sensor replaced. Only had 1 sensor out the other 3 read fine until they they replaced the 1 then they couldn't program the truck then messed up my entire relearn setup and lost my wheel lock key. went to discount tire to have them fix my truck after Danmark messed up only to find out danmark broke the one they installed in my truck so had to buy another one to get it fixed. No wonder the kid couldn't relearn my tires he broke the part when putting it in the said they could have died all 3 of the other ones in the bay like all 3 batteries died on the other 3 in the same 10 min... absolutely terrible service. took my truck in today to get a tpms sensor replaced. So sad as its supposed to be a staple of florissant but when you screw up even a simple problem thats bad. Will not be back and highly recommend against using them. Love the company response trying to say none of its their fault. Seems like discount tire had zero problems at all and surprisingly their snap on and autel scanners worked fine and they actually found all my tpms sensors to be working fine but the one installed by danmark. cost wise discount tire was a third the cost to install the rest of the new tpms sensors and relearn them all which was extremely fast and easy for a shop that knows what they are doing. Highly recommend not getting taking advantage of just because they been here a while
If you ever visit this place never let Jeremy work on your car, he did some side work on my truck, totally messed it up. He was only putting in an fuel system he didn't tighten the bolts, didn't put my drive shift back together cause more damage too my truck, then blocked me the following day after I told him he needed too fix my truck. Don't let JEREMY touch your vehicle. He kept saying he works at this place cause it was close by his home UPDATE::: So after posting this review have gotten several threats from Jeremy about removing this post. Shame on this company for keeping an employee who is threatening me and he is the one who totally m... A shout out to Danmark ! The owners son drove all the way out to Kingdom City yesterday to rescue me ! I had no idea what was wrong with my stearing ! But a bolt was missing from the right Stabilizer connection and he replaced it for me and I was able to drive home ! You guys Rock thank you so much !!!
This place came recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Got 4 new tires and the prices were very reasonable (about 200 less than other places i called for the same tires). The gentleman i talked to was very kind and patient as I wanted to pay for the tires for my boyfriend and surprise him. The guy(i wish I remembered his name) coordinated with me so my boyfriend could just show up and get it done. I was very grateful and the service and tires were great.
