Twice now Daniel's has fixed my AC. Once was to replace a circuit board after a power surge, and once was to recharge the freon. Both times the quality of work and customer service has been excellent. The prices were fair and did not ruin me. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the owner of this company. He sent someone out to bid a job, and on the day of the work his own technicians discovered the AC unit had not even been put in the correct location. They called the owner, who came to the site and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, even using profanity, while I was pregnant and due within two weeks. My spouse ended up leaving work and moving the unit by himself. But he left after I told him my spouse was on his way. Had a new Bryant 5 ton put in, not even 6 months I had issues, called them they sent someone out who said they fixed it, however they didn’t, also was suppose to clean my ducts and they didn’t. Within warranty I couldn’t get them to fix the issue they didn’t fix, so called the city was told they don’t have a permit in town, so thry couldn’t step in, so ended up calling another company who told me the they Jeri rigged my system bypassing the power safety, also a couple more things was wrong, capacitor and the vents were correct even after they said they were. Never used them again.

They were very fast to address my issue. It was only a couple hours from the time i talked to them, to when they arrived. They were very affordable. And, Molly was so nice and professional. Thank you for fixing my unit. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
