Dylan was great, he let me know what was going on with my plumbing and gave me 3 options.

Michael was so great. He evaluated each of our AC units and talked us through each need in a way we could understand. We’ve been so happy with Dallas Plumbing and especially Michael.

Phenomenal Company to deal with. Reasonably pricing and employees are fantastic.

I hate to say this, because I have used these guys before and they were really kind and professional, but I am now pretty sure i was likely scammed the other times I used them as well... We had them come out to take a look at our washing machine that was not draining properly. Every time we used it there was flooding. They assured me that once they snake the drain, things would be working fine. They snaked the drain, and things were most definitely not working.. Michael was so knowledgeable and polite. He went out of his way to explain what our A/C needed. He is so positive, it so great to see someone who really likes his work! We will always request Michael or Titus. They’re the best!

These are great folks to work with. Titus was in did the job inside and out and was finished. Personable guy and did a great job and helped us get a duct cleaning scheduled. 5 stars for sure.

Matt was very good at explaining to me what was going to be done the first 5 feet of piping and be replaced and was able to use a finance that could use that was approved.also Garrett was very helpful Matt was the finance person but very knowledgeable
