Dallas Appliance Repair technician was great! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. My dishwasher stopped working and they sent their tech to diagnose the problem. It turned out it was going to cost more to fix than replace so the the repairman gave me a few proposals on where to get another dishwasher. He worked proficiently and was very friendly!
