I went to them initially because I thought I needed a power supply and they were the best price for the best product. It also helped that they were willing to install the power supply that day. Even more surprising they were not charging me to install it. However it turned out that it was not the power supply but the motherboard. They were quick, efficient, tactful, friendly and honest. They let me know due to the age of my computer it would cost more to fix then replace. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Summery: I didn't get it fixed but I still left satisfied with the company. Highly recommend them to everyone and I will ce... My mom and I both recently upgraded to HP all-in-one PCs and we are both extremely happy with the decision. They told us everything we needed to know, completed the transfer process etc. within 24 hours or less. This isn't the first time we have used Dakota PC Warehouse and we have always been very satisfied. Highly recommend this business.
