This is a commercial property that I own. The previous tenant left the flooring what I thought completely destroyed. That is until I called Dakota Floor Restoration. Not only were they on time and professional, but they were able to get the stain out of the carpet. Not much you can do for the burns that the previous tenant left behind. I was hoping for maybe 25% better with less smell. This result blew me away. Do yourself a favor and call to have them clean you carpets! I posted a couple of pictures so you don't have to take my word for it. You can see it too.

Ryan did a great job refinishing our kitchen floor. The floor had seen a lot of wear and needed to be refinished and sealed. From the time we had our initial Consultation , to the finished product, Ryan’s communication and professionalism was top notch! I highly recommend!
