They made sure I could leave for my trip worry-free, and I felt completely confident leaving my car with them for nearly two weeks. Curt D'Addario and family are very good and knowledgable. I started taking my vehicles to Curt in 2005 and stopped going there after moving to New London in 2012. The main reason I was seeing Curt was because he is an expert on the Toyota MR2. He owned several of them and used to race them. Now in 2023, I gave my MR2 car to my son who lives in East Hartford. I haven't driven the car in years and had several problems that needed attention. We went to visit Curt and family and they fixed all of the problems. My father has used this company for years before relocating to NC, and they have treated my father well, and he recommends them to me and others. The owner's daughter, Angie, was very pleasant over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, she and the other representative were welcoming and friendly. This was my first time, in a long time, using their services. They have always had a reputation for doing great work. So, I expect the same today.

I had a rude awakening on a Monday morning with a phone call after I booked an appointment online over the weekend. I was asked rudely why I called, after explaining I didn't call but only booked an appointment online and that the system suggested I waited for a call, he then rudely exclaimed; "We can't help you! I suggest you sell your car" I never made it to the shop for any diagnosis at all. What a shame of customer service.

I take all three of my vehicles to D’Adderio’s. They are always courteous and get the job done quickly and correctly. I’m glad I found them for all my automotive needs.
