They did good work tearing down and replacing one side of our fencing after wind tore down a panel.

This is what our fence looks like after 3 months. We paid $3800 for about 60ft. Editing after Adrian’s reply - I suppose I have to add proof that I worked with D&D. Adding a photo of the estimate I approved.

Empty promises and disappointing results. The gate looks nothing like what was promised, the workmanship is sloppy, and I had to chase him for weeks while hearing one excuse after another. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and stay away. Update following the owner’s response: The fact that you are dismissing my concerns by pointing to a 'walkthrough' only proves the lack of professionalism I mentioned. To be clear: my husband was never satisfied with the results. In fact, you acknowledged the issues and promised multiple times to return and fix the defects, but you never showed up. Gate look like a DIY project! Being 'behind on timing' is a massive understatement for the weeks of chasing I had to do while being ignored. Regardless of whether the gate 'works' or has an operator, the workmanship is sloppy and the final product looks nothing like what was promised. A customer shouldn't have to settle for poor quality just because the gate opens. Furthermore, it is beyond unprofessional and frankly alarming that you showed up unannounced at our private residence on a Sunday afternoon to peer through our windows. A professional business owner schedules appointments and respects boundaries; they do not invade a customer's privacy or trespass. Looking at your other reviews, it is clear I am not alone. There are several other customers with identical complaints about your service and broken promises. It is time to admit you either have a serious problem with how you run your business, or you are simply a fraud. Instead of taking accountability for the poor communication, the unfinished repairs, and your inappropriate behavior, you chose to be defensive and untruthful. My review stands as a firm warning to others: save yourself the headache and stay away.

Two months D & D fencing gave false promises. Once Adrian had my deposite, he gave me one excuse (lies) after the other as to why he couldn’t start building my fence. I literally had to constantly call him. His crew showed up, one was on his cell phone non stop while the other two dug the post holes, then they left. Two days later they brought the fence posts and left again without pouring the concrete in the holes. Then they came again and set the posts in the concrete. Two days after that they came and put up the connecting bands. They left and the next day came and put up the pickets. Sloppy cuts all over the fence. I hired another fence company to stain the fence and add more nails as D & D didn’t put a required amount of nails to secure the entire fence. I would never ever use this company, they are horrible!!!
