Great experience with Michelle at the Truckee store! We ordered a wine fridge, and everything from the order to the delivery was quick and seamless. Very responsive and helpful.

My brother and I own our old family condo in Northstar but live out of state. While up there two weeks ago, we discovered our drier needed immediate replacement. So after looking at local appliance stores, happily called Czyc's because of its good reviews, and had a superb experience working with Mike. He was very responsive, friendly, helpful, and his familiarity with the area and specifics of our condo from his years of doing business in and around Truckee, all helped make the process so much easier and quicker for us to deal with and take care of. Will definitely use him again for future work or recommend him to any friends up there who n... My brother and I own our old family condo in Northstar but live out of state. A great combination of knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and friendly -- Mike made what we feared would be a big hassle into a very easy process allowing us to enjoy our time up there and together rather than having it be consumed with getting the new washer and drier!
