I wish I could give negative stars. I brought my computer down to be fixed yesterday, I received a phone call today saying the problem could be fixed for 180.00. I was at work, so I gave him the go ahead and told the man I would pick it up tonight. I got home with my computer, plugged it in, and the problem wasn't fixed. Now I have a brand new hard drive for my computer, when that wasn't even the problem, so I tried to call, and of course they do not have a working answering machine. Now I need to go back down tomorrow at closing time when I get off from work to drop my computer off again, demand a refund and the problem be fixed. I suspect... Read full review

Don't give this place the time of day. A couple months back I contacted this shop for help replacing a battery in my macbook. The person who responded went so far as giving me a quote over messenger sight unseen. It took a while because of my schedule but I finally got a chance to bring the laptop into the shop and when I did I was met with rudeness and condescension. I was told that it "wasn't worth fixing" and made to feel like an idiot for trying to give this shop my business. They couldn't have been clearer about not wanting the business. I’m surprised and pleased how professional and knowledgeable owner is. Happy with his help and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend to check them out.
