We have used Cutting Edge Firewood for years. It was good up until about a year ago. Prices jumped up over $100 more a rack and The delivery process is a nightmare. Delivery drivers are shoeing up not at their scheduled time. The office not communicating properly or taking accountability with the for the time issue with the drivers. There needs to be a better way of servicing your customers. This more than likely will be my last delivery. It’s like herding cats with the scheduling team. It feels so disorganized and the customer is at your mercy. There is another service in Marietta that we will be trying. Super disappointed from a lo...We have used Cutting Edge Firewood for years. This wood was packaged beautifully. $89 for a box of 12 pieces of wood and kindling was a bit shocking. I definitely paid for that beautiful packaging! Website said a box had enough wood for 2-4 fires. 12 pieces of wood 2-4 fires does not make unless it just won’t burn then it will last forever. From the pic below notice the front piece of wood is only spitting flames out the end and the rest is a lump of charcoal. That’s after an hour and an half of smoking and popping before we finally got some flames out the ends. I paid $7.41 for each piece of wood. We were given our first batch of Cutting Edge Firewood as a gift. After that we were hooked! Great firewood, easy to light and a great fire! Ordered our first “rack” and the delivery was on time, professional and seamless. They even delivered the rack around the back yard to a perfect spot on the patio! The rack is sturdy and impressive as well. We highly recommend this product and service!

After several phone calls to Cutting Edge to make sure an Ultimate Package could be delivered to our home and not left at the curb (we have a very long driveway...), and getting those assurances, I placed my order. Placed the order by phone on Monday, and the wood was delivered today (Friday)!!! Not only was the wood brought all the way down our driveway, the driver of the XPO freight truck helped us get the wood up onto our front porch, which he did not have to do. The wood was very carefully stacked in the racks, then wrapped very tightly so the wood stayed put during transport. I was so impressed with the quickness of my order getting to suburban Philadelphia from Atlanta, and the helpfulness of the delivery person was above and beyond.
Now on to the wood! My order contains a mixture of oak, hickory and cherry. I immediately started a fire using the cherry, and it was extremely easy to light. With the fire starter supplies provided, I used one match and had a roaring fire in less than 10 minutes! The aroma is so warm and welcoming! When I walked outside, I could even smell the rich cherry outside. Our neighbors must be envious! I am so pleased with this wood, and very impressed with the overall experience - from my many questions asked and answered before placing the order, to the communication once the order was placed, to the delivery and finally the fire!!! I will be a CEF customer for a long time to come!

I am a repeat customer for cutting edge firewood and agree their product, while pricey is high quality. However I had aan awful recent experience that they wont take responsibility for, regarding delivery. Even though they use 3rd parties to deliver, from my perspective they are my vendor and it shouldn't be my responsibility to handle delivery issues, they should handle end to end from sale to delivery and work with the issues on their end, especially given the price point. The delivery was horrendous resulting in damage to my property and the product and they reduse to rectify it. The driver dropped the product off the back of the truck b...I am a repeat customer for cutting edge firewood and agree their product, while pricey is high quality. The delivery was horrendous resulting in damage to my property and the product and they reduse to rectify it. The driver dropped the product off the back of the truck breaking the pallets and causing me to have to pick up the pieces individually and get them up to my house (2 pallets worth, snd im over 60 years old) and driver through my entire yard and lawn to get out because he didnt know how to reverse down the driveway. They would only provide a 15% discount on a future order than rectify the problem . Why would I ever order again given they wouldn't fix this issue for an existing customer, who has ordered several times and paid thousands for their product over the past 3 years
