We had a great experience with Custom Plumbing, thanks to their General Manager, Jesse Green. He addressed our concerns not just once, but twice within a matter of days. Each time, Jesse came out personally, carefully assessed the issues, and made sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out was his commitment to finding the right solution and making things right so we were completely satisfied. It’s rare to see that level of responsiveness and dedication. We truly appreciate his professionalism and can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond.

We had a refrigerator pipe leaking. We called Custom Plumbing with an urgent request. Custom Plumbing was able to send Rigo within 2 hours. We had our water turned off so that was great response time! Rigo was able to fix the problem and we were happy with the result - no more leak. We will use Custom Pllumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Charles the repairman was on time and very courteous. The leak was fixed and everything put back together within three hours including the time necessary to get an extra part. My only objection was that the price was more than I was expecting but maybe those are the fees that good plumbers get these days.
