I had trouble with my RO water not tasting good. It took several visits to get it fixed. In my opinion Keanu is their best service tech. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. He got to the root of the problem and fixed it.
Always on time for delivery and never leave a mess after filling dispenser
Great service since taking over from Eco. However. Technician came out to change the filters, noted out of salt, never been back after 7 days still counting. Need to tighten up on customer service . Hmmm, the techs don't carry bags of salt with them???
