Sarah came out to do an estimate on custom cabinets Monday 12/3 and I was told I would get a quote in 1-2 days and I never got my quote. It is now Friday and I am on a timeline to get things done. I sent 2 emails that I never got a response to. Thank goodness I found another company willing to accept my business. It would have been nice to at least get an email telling me they were busy or the reason it was taking so long to get back to me.
We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! I can't say enough about Jon and the team at CTS. Our kitchen was the largest home reno we have ever done and Jon was nothing short of amazing to work with. He was forthcoming, attention to detail was on point, and he never made me feel like an inconvenience. Somehow, with his busy schedule, he always made time for me and my million questions. His communication was outstanding every step of the way and the installation process was smooth as well. The cabinets themselves are out of this world and the quality is exceptional, bar none - if you can dream it, they can build it. Every customization I came... We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! I can't say enough about Jon and the team at CTS. Our kitchen was the largest home reno we have ever done and Jon was nothing short of amazing to work with. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!

Please Run!!! The most desrespectful and unprofessional company we’ve ever came across . Wish we never did !! They make a mistake and wouldn’t admit for weeks or so and will make your life miserable and later on they will finally admit it and just say sorry, it was our engineer mistake but.... oh boy ... we could go on... I hope this company enjoys our money because we definitely will remember our horror kitchen experience and its employees!!! I wish you could see how many unanswered and “with attitude “ emails we have ! Please don’t make mistake like we did. Take your hard earned money somewhere else !!! These are Custom Build high Qu... These are Custom Build high Quality kitchen cabinets : that is made very poorly,all the paint and whatever else material on top are peeling off “wood “cabinets . I can go on and on , trust me stay away now that’ you know. I wish someone gave me advice before I waisted my 13000$.
