Service at CTR begins at the front desk. If you are made to feel like you matter you're off to a great start. The service on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. It was done correctly and the cost was reasonable. No surprses here. You get all the details up front and the quality of the service from start to finish is superb.
I have taken many different vehicles to CTR for a wide variety of diagnosis, repairs, and general maintenance and service needs, and CTR has been honest, 100% accurate, reasonably priced, and prompt every time - plus providing options and thoughtful advice when a decision needs to be made. I highly recommend Chris and the entire team at CTR.
Went for a coolant system flush (thought I had put in the wrong coolant and it was coagulating). They checked the system and found it didn't need a flush. They were honest when they didn't have to be and saved me money. Always appreciate their good and honest work.

My stomach sank. I managed to get off the highway and pulled into a box mechanic shop where they got one look under my hood and said my car was way too messed up for them to fix. They sent me a mile down the road to CTR. CTR got me in immediately, in the middle of what was obviously a busy day for them. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation and charged me twice as much for half the hustle, but they chose to deal with me straight and give me good service. The owner also took the time to explain the car and the repair to me.
