A truly professional company, CSM Masonry & Chimney cleaning services of Kentucky restored our chimney, which was in poor condition, to its former glory by replacing broken bricks, repairing mortar joints, and sealing the structure against water damage. The work was done with excellent craftsmanship, and the chimney now looks brand new. The crew was courteous, kind, and kept the worksite clean at all times. They gave us clear instructions on how to keep the chimney in good condition and gave us maintenance tips to keep it that way. The price was reasonable given the high caliber of the work they delivered.
We scheduled them for mold removal after noticing a musty smell. Mold remediation services were handled by Colin, and the mold cleaning improved the area. They also included dryer vent inspection, dryer vent cleaning, and air duct cleaning. The work quality was acceptable, but scheduling communication could improve.
